Kat von D - Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks Mini Review - Witches, Vampira, bauhau5, l.u.v.

Bet you didn't think I'd actually post today, huh?
Well, hello then :3

I am here this fine day with a mini review of the 4 Kat von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks I got while I was in New York.

I adore Kat von D's stuff and her person sooo much, like most of the make up I got in 'murrrica was from Kat von D because her stuff's the bomb and she is the bomb and yeah... loving her stuff :3
Addiction got started with her Shade+Light contour palette and now I'm in too deep to back out...

So those are the ones that I got, from above:
l.u.v.: an absolutely stunning shade of purple, kinda like MAC's Heroine but better? I am absolutely amazed by how high the coverage is with just one layer on. You most likely won't even need a second one.

witches: pitch black, that's all. it's as black as it is in that bottle on your lips and what more could you want for some fierce black lips? nothing, exactly.

Vampira: lovely shade of dark red. Has more of a pinky undertone than you'd guess from the bottle though. It's nice and dark though. Wish I'd have found Nosferatu as well somewhere, it's a tad lighter than Vampira.

Baushau5: I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SHADE... ugh those deep pinks are soo right up my alley. It's a lovely shade and super opaque and you will seriously only need one layer and you're good to go.  Probably my favorite shad from the ones that I've got but then again I'm just a sucker for pink....

Marvel at their beauty... go ahead. Do you see that packaging? yes? it's so lovely, ugh. Another big plus about Kat von D's make up, the packaging is dope.
I really would have wanted to get them all but hah, money. So that didn't happen but eventually I shall get more, once I bring myself to order from the US again and pay a lot more but well, her stuff's not available anywhere in Europe so... ; w;

Here's a photo of my wearing at least bauhau5, since swatches are kinda not my thing, sorry ; w;

Played around with make up today and then this happened, yay :D Sugarpill's Sparkle Baby palette on my eyes and bauhau5 on my lips :3
Just so you know what the shade looks like..more or less :3

I hope you found this at least a bit informative and I shall see you next time :3

Getting started...again :)

Hello world, hello humans,
I am alive and breathing, yay, who'd have guessed after my loooong absence... I know, last time I posted I was all about posting more frequently and so on but you know what happened? Laziness happened... ;w;
Had a lovely 6 months in Japan, a lovely 3 months in Munich and now, coming fall I'll be going to Cologne, to university. Pursuing the dream which is to live in Japan eventually. Trying to achieve that by studying 2 of my favorite subjects, which will be English and Japanese, to in the end become a teacher and hopefully teach English in Japan.
That's the plan! And while I study I plan on working in my actual profession now, which is being a Hair and Make Up Artist! Did that as well...in 3 months.. :)
Hopefully, I'll enjoy university but I have a good feeling about it all :3
And boy, take me back to Japan as soon as possible.. ; -;

Anyways, I've decided to blog more and also include more beauty/make up related posts and reviews, starting today or tomorrow with a review on the lipsticks I bought in New York :3
I also want to include my never ending hauls of Sailor Moon stuff so I hope you're up for that !!

Consider this post as a 'hello I'm back' post, hopefully for good this time... I'll throw in some photos from Japan and some stuff so sit back :)

This was in Kyoto, as I spent my winter holidays, traveling to Kyoto, Hiroshima and Sapporo. Those pictures of all those tori make me so happy for some reason. It was beautiful when I hiked up all the way to the top of Mt. Inari. That was like the first time after 3 months where I was completely alone at times and it was quiet. Just me, the beautiful surroundings and some birds. I truly enjoyed that and I can't wait to be back soon, Kyoto :3

The obligatory Harajuku sign photo, just I decided to switch the usual red up to a hot pink. Looking through photos and eating them, really makes me miss Japan. Also came to love Ikebukuro and Shinjuku during these 6 months as I spent a lot of time there... and the Pokemon Center in Ikebukuro is life, come on... aaaah ...
---

I have also been to New York this past week with my sister. I enjoyed it loads. It's a lovely city and I loved the people there and just everything. Definitely coming back eventually :3
and.. SEPHORA... oh my god... that was heaven as you shall see on the following photo...

woops.... :3
Anything in particular you want me to review? :)

---

My Sailor Moon collection has pretty much doubled over the past few months... I love the Re-Ment sets so much. I really hope they'll release even more than they're already planning on ; o;
Also recently got loads of the recent stationary release as well as the draw string bags and two totes of that line so if you want any reviews on those, or just photos, let me know :3
Also got a bootleg Samantha Vega wallet... heh :3

Now let me end this post with my poor bookshelf as the stuff that I am collecting has taken over rapidly...
sorry, bookshelf ;;
Almost got everything of the Rilakkuma Panda series... all these plushes aren't even nearly everything... *^*
heh

Let me know in the comments if there's any type of post you'd like to see soon :3
Thanks for reading, if you made it this far... ;D

More Heart Shaped Bags - MILK & Angelic Pretty

Hello everyone !!

Yes, I am alive and breathing and neglected my blog for no reason other than that I kept forgetting about writing a decent review or anything else....

I would have wrote about my trip to Japan in March but I just have so many pictures and so many stories to tell, it would just end up being loooong and boring, so please, if you do have questions or any requests then do let me know :3

I have spent most of my 2 weeks there in Kyoto and Tokyo, with a number of trips to cities like Osaka, Kobe and Nara. So if you need to know anything, maybe I can help ! :3

The ever so famous Geisha district of Kyoto : Gion

The Thousand Tori in Kyoto were mesmerizing like I just loved walking through them.. kind of magical ouo

Shibuya on a veeeery rain day right in front of the gigantic Shibuya crossing ;)

And last but not least, beginning blooming Sakura trees at the edge of Ueno park in Tokyo :3

And some stuff that I bought, just missing my buys from Monomania & ClosetChild I think :3
I spent a LOT of money there and it'll be even worse once I go there for 6 months in October, which has FINAAALLY been booked :3

---

Anyways, now on to the initial purpose of this post :

I have acquired 2 new heart shaped bags, one from MILK, one from Angelic Pretty ;

Starting of with MILK

As I have mentioned in my previous review of the pastel pink colored bag from MILK it hasn't been my preferred color just like an emergency solution since I couldn't find the exact bag that I wanted but as I was in Japan... I HAVE !

I finally found the ultimate dream bag - the heart shaped bag in black from MILK ;3

It has again been found at ClosetChild but this time at their Harajuku store and they had like a huge amount of heart bags there, like in pretty much any color ; w; I wanted them all...

*dreams*

This is it... The Queen of all bags... The dream that has become reality...
or something like that...

Anyways, I got this one for quite a lot more than the other one, whereas the pastel pink one cost like 12,900 Yen, this one cost me a whooping 15,900 Yen but even then, it was a good 3000 Yen cheaper than any new one would have cost and it's in top condition so no reason to complain here.
I would have paid any amount for it anyways....

Now the newer ones have this heart appliqué on the back where you could put in like really slim things like maybe a compact or whatever you want that fits in there...

Also the logo on the newer once is written in more like an italic font instead of the other one which didn't look as elegant as they do now, if I may say so, tho I have seen their recently released brown and red ones and they don't have it written on the front at all anymore ; w;

So overall, ClosetChild, a secondhand store in Japan for Lolita and EGL clothing as well as other street fashion or gothic brands,  has made me happy once again :3

Hopefully, one day I can still get a lilac one and then I shall forever shut up...
maybe...
no

Next is ... Angelic Pretty

The boss when it comes to Sweet Lolita fashion

I am not dressing in Lolita so one might think 'Why Angelic Pretty all of a sudden now?' ... well, I just prefer to pick out the stuff that I like from various brand wether they be Lolita brands or casual brands or EGL brands or more Punk-ish brands, I get what I like....and can afford ; w;

For a while now, or ever since it has been released, I have been obsessing over their heart bag from the Wonder Queen series, which is in general a fabulously gorgeous print but I wanted that bag.

Naturally, I only started wanting it after it had been released and sold out, as if I'd ever get something when it is released or in-stock... No No...

Apparently, nobody wanted to sell this baby either so I sat back and waited... actually I gave up hope on ever getting it but I did find it like maybe a few weeks ago on Yahoo Auctions for 12,000 Yen which is a tad bit more than the retail price was but still, it was new.. with tags :3

I then ordered it over my all time favorite shopping service FromJapan along with a hoodie from Monomania and one of the ever so famous cross necklaces from Glavil ! :3

BOW DOWN BEFORE THE QUEEN.... OF WONDERS... !

It was worth every Yen, if I may say so. The quality is lovely and the leather is super soft, the bag in general seems to be pretty sturdy and durable from what I can tell... I also really love the handles with the little gold heart studs at the bottom, just giving the whole bag a really elegant touch.

It totally met the expectations that I had of Angelic Pretty since I figured as one of the major Lolita brands out there it is supposed to make amazing things and boy, they do :3

Just look at them.. ah ; w;

This bag is precious, precious, precious and I am so glad that I finally got a hold of it :3

And now I shall stop buying bags for a while...

I tried...

but Muchacha Ahcahcum is releasing another Limited Box set in July so I had to order..
it's so pretty ; w;

---

Anyways, that's it from me.. for now, I shall blog more often now, I promise ; w;

Is there anything you cuties would like to see more from me in the future?

Let me know in the comments :3

Bye :3

More Muchacha Ahcahcum & a new camera...finally

Hello everyone !

I'm actually quite busy blogging lately because I got a new camera and take a ton of photos of everything new that I receive which mostly have been bags from the Japanese brand Muchacha Ahcahcum or Ahcahcum Muchacha...you see it differently everywhere ; w;

Let me just quickly introduce my new camera-baby :3 I previously had a rather old Sony Cybershoot which was okay but yeah, just that: okay..
Now that I actually have some money ( yay a miracle !) I was able to afford a proper camera which in my case turned out to be a Canon EOS 600D :3

I really wanted a new camera before going to Japan on the 10th of March and here it is :3 I'm so happy with it like the photos turn out soooo much better than with my old camera.. keke :3

I got it for 437€ on Amazon instead of 600 something € which is awesome :3 and I also bought a pink bag for it and an extra battery as well as a 32 GB memory card :3

I still have a lot to learn of course as this is my first DSLR and there's so much to figure out but even with knowing nothing I like the pictures so much more than with my old one.

SO much better :3

---

I've also just started to write a little checklist for Japan since I really don't want to forget anything but I know I will anyways ; w;

It's hard to decide which bags to take or if I should only take a backpack or yeah ; w; haaaaah so difficult..

I'll have so much to carry with my camera and my laptop and everything else ; w;

---

Anyways, on to my newest bag additions to my little, just recently started, Muchacha Ahcahcum collection, consisting of mooks since otherwise their stuff is beyond unaffordable ; w;

Starting with the lovely Limited Edition Gift Box that I got from ebay for like $35 + $11 for shipping which was by faaaar the cheapest option I got; people sell these for ridiculous prices on ebay.. ._.

It came directly from Japan and they took about a week to ship it but oh well, it arrived rather fast in the end :3

Here it is:

It came in this adorable little box which is actually really sturdy and lovely and currently sits on top of my closet, being cute ouo

It came with a lovely little scarf, a postcard book that I absolutely adore and a little bag, like really little , but super cute :3

see how cute it is :3 I love this cat print, it's so pretty in terms of colors and design and the quality of the bag is a bit better than their usual mook bags :3

It also came with a little golden chain strap so you can put it over your shoulder too ouo

A little close-up on the design on the scarf :3

I absolutely adoreeeee the postcard book; it has the cutest prints inside and I'm thinking about framing a couple and putting them up :3

---

The next bag and last bag, I PROMISE ; w; arrived today ouo I also got it from ebay as it's from 2012 and I paid about $38 and freeeee shipping ouo

It comes like this: on the left is the mook and on the right are the bags safely wrapped up :3

On the left you can also see how big the bags are and well what they look like ouo

Little close up on them ouo I really love how there's always a big bag, like a nice and spacious bag, and a small one in which you can put make-up or whatever :3

It actually has two loops in which you could hook in some shoulder straps but yeah...no straps came wight he bag, heh... ; w; gonna make one myself, just a really really simple one ; w;
I like shoulder straps when bags get too heavy to carry around on your arm all the time ; w;

This mook might be my favorite from all of them, I just love the print and the whole design of the bag so much... the bigger bag even has a tail on the side.. A FREAKING TAIL ; w; so cute..

A little peek inside the mook :3 this one also came with gift wrapping pear inside which is super cute and there are some lovely designs again :3

I think it's Kiko Mizuhara modeling here..yeah, I'm pretty sure it's her :3

---

In the end I can't wait for a new mook to be released, hopefully soon and then I also heard there is a new Angelic Pretty mook in the making so yay ouo

---

Lastly, just one more little thing :3

I placed an order with a shopping service like on Monday because I have finally found the brand that makes the stuff of my dreams.. well not exactly, but they have these adorable transparent sleeping kitty bags that I've seen once on TokyoFashion and then fell in love with ; w;

The brand is called Pooh-Chan ; it's a Japanese brand that luckily has an online shop tho you need a shopping service to get their stuff :3 I used as always FromJapan :3

Here's what I got but what hasn't arrived yet, I just wanted to get it out there:

I originally wanted the pink bag but as it was sold out I got the black one in the end since it's just as adorable and actually fits more of my wardrobe :p
It's transparent or at least as transparent as black can be but I just love the overall look of it and I am solo glad that I finally found them by accident :3

As I am me and a horrible sucker for cute character goods I decided to get more stuff...oops... /( I better not talk about how my Rilakkuma obsession is taking over.. I even infected my sister with it.. D: )

a cute little pouch for make-up or whatever :3

I also got the black wallet here :3

and the pink little keychain ouo

I am starting an obsession with cat themed stuff ; w;

I shall blog about it once it arrives :3

If you have any questions then please feel free to ask :3

xx

&

Goodbye :3

Imyourpresent - Sweetheart Earrings Review

Hello everyone :3

Today I'm having a little review from a lovely shop called Imyourpresent on etsy  ! :3

They have tons of cute clothing and the cutest laser cut jewelry in the world like I just want to buy everything ; w;

I've been eyeing the Sweetheart earrings for forever now and a while I ago I finally gave in and bought them in all pastel pink which is SUPER cute :3

Luckily she also offers them with hooks since I have a stretched ear so studs wouldn't work with me but not they're perfectly fine even tho the hooks are really big so I've been thinking about replacing them with some smaller ones but that is really just my preference :3

That's the stock photo :3 but right now they're not available ; w;

Price is $12 for these babies :3

Shipping:

Shipping cost around $7 so totally fine and alright ; they also arrived pretty fast, I think within 2 weeks. :3

Packaging:

They came in a simple brown envelope, without bubble wrap but on the inside the items and everything where wrapped in tissue paper and further more the earring where in a little box with stuffing on the bottom :3

Also got a pair of studs as a gift and a lollipop which was super yummy ;p

here you can see the earrings in their little box in which I still keep them o uo
Other than that it came with a little card and a thank you not written on it.. and Melonlady ouo One of my favorite Youtubers :3

Overall:

I love the quality of these; they are super light and not heavy at all which is always a big plus with earrings since my earlobes tend to hurt after a while when they're too heavy, so does my stretched ear but these don't at all :3
I'm also in love with the colors since I needed a color that would stand out against my pink/blue/purple hair and these stand out really well . They're really light compared to my hair so yaay :3

Recently I also stretched my ears to 12mm and soon my 14mm tapers should arrive and then I'll stick to 14mm since I don't like the way anything over that looks.. ; w;

----

Anyways, I'm definitely going to buy from Imyourpresent again since they just have lovely prices aaand they're not as expensive as some other laser cut jewelry :3

I hope you liked this review :3

xx

Update on Life & a few things that I bought :3

Hello everyone !

Exams are over and I have timeee again.. oh how I missed to do nothing without feeling bad :3 I passed only 2 of my 4 exams but I'll retake the other 2 in July so I have tons of time to relax first..
Pretty much right after my exams I made my way to Paris for 2 days to see Jupiter live in Eragny.
More to that later !!

Besides that I have spent a few quiet days with doing nothing and crafting and being on tumblr...and buying things as a reward to having survived the past stressful months..

I have lately come to be obsessed with the adorable and fancy bags of Muchacha Ahcahcum, a Japanese brand that mainly makes quirky clothing and accessories ( e.g. the famous Cat Face Bag :3 ). Usually they're like a SUPER pricey brand, like I doubt they have a lot under 10,000 Yen except their e-mooks, which is where I come in and which is what I can afford from them ;)

 Every Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter they usually release a mook, which you can get on CdJapan, for example (still waiting for one being announced for this Spring/Summer..please ;w; ).
They usually cost around 2,000 Yen, which is a rough $20, maybe a little more.

They consist of a little 'book' containing clothing and stuff of a certain brand, like Angelic Pretty made one too, and they usually come with an extra gift. In a lot of cases that is a small tote bag, in Muchacha Ahcahcum's case it's mostly a tote bag with a smaller pouch. The past ones have always been animal shaped like the famous cat bag, another brown cat bag, another cat&woman face bag and  for Fall/Autumn 2013 it was a rabbit bag, or well 2. :3

So far I received an Ebay knock-off of the famous cat face bag for a rough $13 with free shipping, heh I couldn't resist to get that one so cheap when the original ones all cost a fortune, and I also got the recent one from F/W 2013 from CdJapan. In the mail are still the Limited Gift Box with a really small ( ; w; ) bag and a little scarf and postcards sand today I ordered the brown cat face mook from ebay. I plan on getting them all, yes.. and all the future ones too since they're just too adorable to be real ;w;

I will of course do more posts once I receive the other 2 which will hopefully be soon -sob- ..

Now I'll just show you some pictures of them and stop talking so much, aaah ;w;

First:

The Ebay Knock-Off

 All in all I'm happy with it, it arrived super fast, like they shipped it on 5th of Feb. and it arrived on the 13th *applause* and all that with free shipping.

It's nice and big which is a big plus since I hate bags that are too small to fit anything ; w; The little grumpy cat pouch is super cute too. It even got the little tag at the ear that says Muchacha Ahcahcum.

The quality seems okay too for $13, probably not as good as the original one but I'll survive. The only thing that REALLY bothers me is that it has neither a button nor a zipper to close it which I think the original has, I'd guess that it has a zipper but this one doesn't so I don't know, maybe I can sew one in or attach a few buttons so I can close it since I absolutely hate it when I can't close a bag ; w; ...

Other than that it seems sturdy and okay for the price :3  Hopefully I can solve the closing problem, grr ...

You can get it from LookbookStore on Ebay :3

The F/W 2013 Mook Original

I ordered this little baby here from CdJapan where you can get a variety of mooks, like the Angelic Pretty one, BtSSB, Q-Pot, MILK, Super Lovers, Liz Lisa, etc.
I really wanted the Liz Lisa and a Q-Pot one too but the shipping would have gotten so expensive in the end that I had to narrow it all down to one mook ; w;

I sadly don't have a picture of the booklet it came with but it made me fall in love with their items. They make gorgeous clothing and other accessories like super expensive bags and stuff ; w; Made me also realize even more just how expensive their stuff is ..

Anyways, the big rabbit tote measures 34x42x13 (cm) whereas the smaller rabbit pouch measures 18x18 (cm) . :3

They BOTH have a zipper.. HURRAY :3 And the big tote also has a little part that you can pull out to  make a bit more room, it kind of has the rabbit's body on it. Super cute :3

As you can see they both have the typical tags in their ears in colors that match with the bag colors. :3

All in all they're a perfect as I imagined them to be :3

---

Okay hum anyways, I think I'm going to put Paris into my next post as well as a little Imyourpresent review :3

Until then :3

Adieu :3

Closet Child - MILK Heart Bag - a little review

Hello..again, for the second time today !

No more smalltak here, let's just get straight to the point which is:

CLOOOSEEET CHIILD ORDER ! :3

Now you might be confused if you don't know what Closet Child is but to put it short, Closet Child has a number of secondhand shops in Japan where they carry a lot of Lolita brands but als Gothic and Punk brands such as Moi-Meme-Moitie and Sex Pot Revenge and etc. They are all used, as far as I know, and are therefore sold for cheaper than if you'd buy them new :3

They also, once in a while, get in the ever so popular heart bags from the Japanese brand MILK. I bet anyone who has an interest in Japanese fashion knows these bags and also knows how hard it has become to obtain one since they're rarely sold secondhand by anyone and you can't really get them new either because MILK doesn't sock them right now, for whatever reason.

Once upon a time, little me then went to Closet Child's online shop, which ships worldwide, not really hoping to find one of the popular bags but surprisingly, they had one from the older generation in light pink. I got it light right away, no hesitating just a war cry and it was ordered and paid for :3

It still cost about 13,800 Yen plus 2,000 Yen for EMS shipping, you have to pick EMS- no choice given ;w;
In total it was a good 120€ for me... but still a lot less than for what they go on mbok or what they cost new, where they're around 15,000 Yen I think, but on mbok they sometimes go for $500 and that is ridiculous... ._.
And of course, customs hit me too, as always when an item goes over 50€ -.-

Actually, light pink was not the color I originally wanted.. My heart has and will always be set on the black one as well as on the lilac/purple one ;w; And I will stop at nothing to get these two colors too as you can never have enough of these bags..honestly.. ouo

A black one just sold out on Closet Child as well as a lilac one but yeah, they're gone so fast, I'd have to check Closet Child every hour and have the money on my Paypal at all times, which I don't, still waiting to get a credit card ;w;
They do get quite a few of the light pink ones with an occasional lilac one and a really rare appearance of a black one ;w;

The best thing about these bags is that, not only are they fucking adorable, but they're also quite big and you can just put tons of stuff in there which is like amazing because I can't deal with tiny bags where you can't even fit a wallet and a phone.. ._.

As for the quality, it's superb... It's very sturdy and very well sewn and everything... When I bought it, it already had like the tiniest scratches ever somewhere in the lower part of the bag which you can't even see so I really don't give a fuck.. ;)

In general, MILK also has a lot of adorable clothing and tons of cute bags but MILK is definitely on the pricey side... sadly ;w;

So I'll keep my eyes open for the other two with the black one being my ultimate target !

FIGHTING !

SO GET ONE IF YOU CAN ;w;

I really hope that MILK will carry them in their stores again when I'm in Japan ;w;

Anyways, I hope you liked this little review !

Sayonara !
